Our Director
Mrs. Ansleigh W. Standridge
Mrs. Ansleigh has the dream job of owning and directing her own studio. Pointe of Grace Dance has given her the opportunity to influence hundreds of girls through the art of dance. Her desire is to see young ladies pursue their dreams in a world of limitless opportunities. Since the age of two Mrs. Ansleigh has been in ballet shoes following her own dream of being a ballerina. Through studios such as Buford School of Ballet, Gwinnett Ballet Theatre, Brenau University, and Ballet Magnificat Mrs. Ansleigh has performed and trained with our state’s finest. Performing lead roles on the Infinite Energy Center's grand stage, Ansleigh fell in love with the theatre and takes her own ballerinas to Buford Community Center's stage. Mrs. Ansleigh is proud of her work in high school as she was assistant choreographer to Jefferson High School's Musical "Legally Blonde". Mrs. Ansleigh is a Miss Georgia Competition finalist from 2021 and 2022.

Mrs. Maggie Greene
Maggie is an AFAA certified personal trainer and has been teaching fitness and dance classes for over a decade. She currently teaches beginner hip hop, acro, pre-pointe & prepares our company girls to reach their fullest potential through conditioning classes. Her passion is to teach healthy training habits to young athletes so that they can maintain a strong, active lifestyle going forward. Watching her daughters honor the Lord through dance at PGD has been one of the highlights of her life.

Mrs. Alex Crawford
Mrs. Alex, her husband Chad, and 3 daughters live in Loganville, GA. She has been a dance mom since 2020, and is so grateful that all 3 of her dancers have found their home at PGD. Alex has taught fitness classes for 16 years and has a passion for movement and mobility. If you can’t find Alex at the studio, you will most likely find her leading a small group, hosting a ministry gathering, or doing an author event…or any other opportunity to share about Jesus. Alex is a homeschool mama, and the founder of Story and Seed Ministry. She finds her greatest joy being with family and friends, and is beyond grateful to be part of the PGD team!

Miss Ella Bray
Miss Ella lives in Jefferson and goes to Jefferson High School. She is very passionate about dance and has been dancing at Pointe of Grace Dance since 2018. Miss Ella loves being a part of PGDs theatrical ballet productions. She has had the privilege of dancing roles such as Zazu in the Lion King, Baby Anna, Olaf and Sven in Frozen, and Fairy Godmother in Cinderella. Miss Ella enjoys the different aspects of dance, in particular ballet, jazz, and modern. She loves sharing her passion for dance with the little ballerinas of PGD and is excited for the upcoming 25-26 season.

Miss Gloria Fort
Gloria began her dance journey at Pointe of Grace as a young girl, where her love for movement first took root. She has since trained and performed with Praise in Motion and is also dancing with the project-based company Ekklesia, developing her skills in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and modern—though ballet remains her favorite for its grace and discipline.
Seeing dance as a gift from the Lord, Gloria treasures the opportunity to worship through movement. She has attended workshops with professional companies such as Ballet Magnificat and received a dance scholarship from Anderson University during auditions.
Gloria’s goal as a teacher is to help dancers grow in both skill and character, encouraging them to use their gifts to glorify God. She is grateful for the opportunity to return to Pointe of Grace, the place where her journey began, and is excited to inspire the next generation of dancers through both technical training and heartfelt worship.

Miss Charlee Crawford
&
Miss Canler Crawford
Charlee and Canler Crawford are Shine a Light Company dancers. This sister duo have been dancing with Pointe of Grace since 2020, and in the Hip Hop program since its inception. Charlee and Canler were part of the Monroe launch, as Mrs. Ansleigh spread the influence of PGD to a second location; and the two (along with their little sister, Colbie, have continued to call it home. This pairing created a Christian Summer camp where they disciple young girls, and encourage them to blossom into what God has created them to be. They are homeschool students who thrive within the community of their co-op, church, other sporting endeavors, and family/friends. Charlee and Canler are thrilled to bring some of their talent and passion from what they exemplify on stage to be an example to younger dancers in the studio.
